Premium at the Monster Energy Catalunya MotoGP Grand Prix 2026

The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is not a trade fair. There isn’t a single client, a single space, or a single delivery time. During the 2026 Monster Energy Catalunya MotoGP Grand Prix—one of the most internationally renowned sporting events, with nearly 185,000 spectators over the weekend—Premium was the Circuit’s flooring and furniture supplier, working in an environment where each area is managed by a different team, with its own assembly schedule and needs that change until the very last minute.

The real challenge was the volume and the independent planning of each zone.

At a MotoGP Grand Prix, the Circuit operates like a small, temporary city. The paddock, hospitality suites, VIP areas, public access points, catering spaces, work areas... each space has its own manager, its own schedule, and its own requirements. For Premium, this meant managing over 2,000 m² of cladding, coordinating deliveries, installations, and adjustments on multiple fronts simultaneously, adapting in real time to the needs of each team and the Circuit, ensuring that no space was left unfinished before the doors opened.

What we put in the Circuit

For flooring, we deployed over 2,000 m² across two types: artificial turf in the paddock, access, and hospitality areas; and trade fair carpeting in workspaces, catering, and representation areas. Each material, in its exact location, installed at the precise moment.

For furniture, we equip the workspaces and hospitality areas with benches, tables of various sizes, office and lounge chairs, screens, coat racks, and kitchen equipment. Everything is coordinated on a case-by-case basis, area by area, according to the specific needs of each section of the Circuit.

Flexibility as a competitive advantage

In these types of events, planning is essential but never enough. Reality always introduces last-minute changes: a suite that needs adjustments, a space that needs expanding, an urgent request that wasn't anticipated. The Premium team was present and operational throughout the entire process, guaranteeing an immediate response to every request and ensuring that the Circuit was ready to welcome the world.
